• Feedback on completion of last week’s actions
• Weekly KPIs versus targets, ratios, jobs worked vs interviews booked, revenue generated, revenue month to date

Asset Management:

Review their pipeline:

What are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of each candidate?

Deals - ask what they are pledging next week?

Review the probability of each deal and agree actions to increase the probability.

Interviews for next week

How many they are pledging and which clients will they come from?
