  • Payment stages: 33% of expected fee upon instruction, 33% upon first candidates 1st stage interview, remainder upon acceptance
  • Refund: None
  • Fee: 30%
  • Rebate: None
  • Payment terms: 7 days from the candidate’s acceptance

 

Best case variations that can be agreed without MD approval:

  • Payment stages: 20% of expected fee
  • upon instruction, remainder upon completion
  • Refund: 90 days if no completion
  • Fee: UK & EU – 22.5%, USA – 25%
  • Rebate: Week 1 – 4 100%, Week 5 – 8 50%, Week 9 – 12 25%
  • Payment terms: 21 days from the candidates start date
