  • Payment terms: 7 days from the candidate’s acceptance

Best case variations that can be agreed without MD approval:

  • Fee: UK & EU – 22.5%, USA – 25%
  • Rebate: 8 weeks reducing at 12.5% per week for poor performance ONLY
  • Payment terms: 21 days from the candidates start date
